Horse Racing Manager 2 features three playing modes to suit all fans of sports management games: In Owner or Trainer mode the player manages the finances of their stable, starting out with limited facilities and staff and works to grow the business through the years, with the objective of running the most prestigious horse racing team. Decide which races to enter and hire jockeys as you see fit. Invest in new buildings and staff. Buy and breed new horses, find out each horse's preferences to maximise its potential and send them on to stud to create a new bloodline of champions! In Jockey mode the player aims to become the most talented jockey in the world.
