We picked up a copy of the 2d tactical game for the Xbox One. Right now the 2D pseudo-platformer is making a ton of noise on the next gen marketplace. These throwback titles definitely harken to a different age in gaming but they are being developed with eyes toward the future. Curve Digital isn’t a house hold name but the early release information that the team let out more than made up for it.

Having played the original Evil Within is mandatory going into this game so if you want to avoid spoilers, you should probably quit reading right about now. Though we are not familiar with the devs at Access Games we were more than willing to give them a shot. What we found was an interesting tale that spun macabre in with a jumping timeline in order to leave us with more questions than we began with.

"#IDARB" has been bringing people together in different ways since it premiered on the XBOX One last year. The hashtag/acronym title stands for 'It Draws a Red Box' and the experience is something reminiscent of the sort of game we'd invent as children. Other Ocean developed the game with the core idea behind it to be collaborative, creative, and chaotic sports that you could play with your friends. We hadn't ever heard of the title before we got our hands on it so we went in with an empty opinion and the motivation to see it through to the end, wherever it actually took us.
